Sit on the Pilates Chair with your right hip and extend your left leg to side. Put your right hand on the pedal and lift your left hand up. Slowly bend your torso to the right, by pushing the pedal and reach with your left hand over your head. Slowly go back and repeat
Sit at the edge of your Pilates Chair facing away from the pedal. Place your hands onto the pedal behind you and lift your chest. Lift and extend your legs up. From there, slowly bend your torso backwards by pushing the pedal with your hands. Donʼt lower your legs while bending your torso. Slowly rise up and repeat
Lay on the Pilates Chair by placing your hips onto the top of your chair and your hands on the pedal. Bend your elbows and pull your chest forward as you go down towards the pedal and lift your legs up. You should feel as if you are one long piece. As you reach your legs long and your chest forward you and the pedal will rise. Repeat this movement
Lay on the floor with your head away from the pedal. Place your feet on the top of the pedal and lift your hips up. Pedal should stay up during this exercise. Extend one of your legs forward and press on the pedal with another leg. Lift the pedal back up and repeat
Lay on your back with your head on the floor about an inch from the edge of the Pilates Chair (pedal side). Place your hands on the sides of the pedal. Your hands should be straight holding the pedal.Without pulling the pedal down lift your legs up and over untill you reach the top of the chair. After that, slowly lower your legs back down and repeat
Sit tall on the Pilates Chair with your back straight. Grab handles in your hands and extend your arms to the sides. From there, lift your arms up and lower them down. Do not bend your elbows during this exercise
Sit at the edge of your Pilates Chair facing away from the pedal. Hold the handle in one of your hands and extend it up. Place another hand on the pedal behind you. Lift and extend your legs forward. From there, slowly lower your torso down while keeping your extended arm up. Go back up and repeat
Stand in front of the Pilates Chair with your hands on the handles. Step onto the pedal one foot at a time and set the balls of your feet at the back edge of the pedal. To begin, press down into your hands and feet and lift up. Then as you go up and down maintain a reach from your lower back into your feet and up from your center through the crown of your head.
